Arzu Aygın –(MBA) Managing Director

Arzu Aygın has an MBA degree in financial management and has previous experience in working for the stock exchange market as a dealer, and also as a sales and financial manager in the construction industry. She has been managing Henry Charles Estate since 2003. She speaks English and Turkish.

Ediz Aygın -Managing Director

Ediz  Aygın has established Henry Charles Estates together with his wife Arzu Aygın. They are running the business since 2003 together. He  has experience in managing construction company called Osin Construction Ltd. He has been constructed lots of building around the Kyrenia. Also, he has  professional knowledge of selling properties to local buyers.

Gönül Çağlar – Sales Manager

Gönül Çağlar has had 3 years education in the Civil Engineering Department of Eastern Mediterranean University, and has had experience in the real estate sector since 2002. Her excellent knowledge of the island and its legal regulations makes her an important part of the business. Gönül Çağlar speaks English and Turkish. gonul@henrycharlesestates.com

Olkan Ergüler  –  Nicosia Branch Manager

Olkan Ergüler was born and raised in London and moved to North Cyprus in 1989. Olkan graduated from EMU in 2001 and returned to the UK where he worked as a photographer in the property business. Olkan returned to North Cyprus in 2007 and run his own business as a photogragher. In 2010 he joined Henry Charles Estates as Nicosia Branch Manager.

Pelin Ömer  – Sales & Admin Officer

Pelin Ömer  was born in London, England where she worked for many years as an Account Manager for a Garment Processing company and then as an Assistant to the Design/Sales Director for a Garment Manufacturer. Since moving to Cyprus in 2007 she has worked in the accounts department for a Construction company before joining Henry Charles earlier this year. Pelin Ömer speaks both English and Turkish.

Polat Koçyiğit  – Office Assistant

Polat Koçyiğit is responsible from coordinate messenger service. He performs related errands a requested such as going to post office and bank. He is also responsible from sales marketing boards that we put outdoor of properties. He keeps office area clean and tidy. He has been with the company since 2003.
