Ediz Aygin -Managing Director
Ediz Aygin has established Henry Charles Estates together with his wife Arzu Aygin. They are running the business since 2003 together. He has experience in managing construction company called Osin Construction Ltd. He has been constructed lots of building around the Kyrenia. Also, he has professional knowledge of selling properties to local buyers.
Gönül Çaglar – Sales Director

Polat Koçyigit is responsible from coordinate messenger service. He performs related errands a requested such as going to post office and bank. Demi Pasaoglu – Sales and Marketing
Demi Pasaoglu studied Property Valuation and Law in London, has over 13 years of experience in real estate industry. She is in charge of Russia/CIS countries Sales and Marketing and speaks English, Russian and Turkish.
Mustafa Ozbada – Sales Consultant
Mustafa Ozbada was born in the UK and started his career in sales working as a regional sales consultant for a company based in the South East of England. In 2006 he moved to Cyprus and started working for a development firm moving onto working as a legal secretary in the conveyance department to gain experience to build himself up to finally moving in to the real estates sector as a sales consultant. With over 7 years of experience within all aspects to do with property sales has provided him with enough knowledge to be able to provide vital information to prospective clients from step one to the final purchase and thereafter.
Halil Sarikaya – Sales Consultant
Halil Sarikaya had masters degree in marketing at Victoria Uni of Tech. Melbourne. He had experienced on home furnishing, white goods and internal decoration. Halil worked as a Sales and marketing manager at few well know companies since 2003 than he moved in to the Real Estate sector as a Sales Consultant in our team. His background helps him to improve customer satisfaction and after sales management. Halil speaks English and Turkish.
